Office Policies


Belle Aimée Med Spa, Laser and Cosmetic Center is dedicated to helping you achieve your personal skin care goals.  To make this possible, we offer free consultations to our patients.  The purpose of this consultation is to help us understand your concerns and personal expectations as well as to provide you with information so you can make an informed decision regarding your available options for your medical treatments.



Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary.  If we have an available Esthetician, we will be happy to provide your desired treatment.  However, most procedures/treatments are booked in advance.



We request that you leave babies and children home unless they are having a service. This is your time to relax and be in the moment. Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us is a memorable experience


Our Scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each spa service. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to unwind, and enjoy our relaxation lounge.



We ask that all new patients check-in with the receptionist at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment.  If possible, print out and complete the required forms prior to your arrival at the spa.  This will eliminate the need for you to complete them when you arrive.  Because we are a medical spa, we require that all new patients fill out medical history information and treatment consent forms.


Late Arrivals

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service.  A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time.  In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient's session can begin on time.  If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible.  With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.



When a cancellation is necessary, please call at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations after 24 hours or any no shows, your account will be notated. After 2 missed appointments or any no show, we will require a credit card to re-book any appointments and you will be charged 100% of the fee if you no show for that appointment.  This is to accommodate all customers that want to come in but cannot due to schedules being full.
