Spa Policies


We request that you leave babies and children at home unless they are having a service. This is your time to relax and be in the moment. Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us is a memorable experience.


Our scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each spa service. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to fill out our paperwork and enjoy our relaxation lounge.


When a cancellation is necessary, please call at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations less than 24 hours or a “no-show”, we will require a credit card to be charged for the full amount in case of another no-show/no-call.


All prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts are not valid when purchasing retail products, gift cards, gift packages, or online instant gift cards.

Gift Cards

Gift cards contain a value that may be used to purchase goods and services. Each time the card has been used the value of the purchase will be deducted. The card cannot be used to obtain cash and the unused value cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. The card is not replaceable. Gratuity is not included with any service paid for with a gift card, and the card may not be redeemed for gratuity. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Cards cannot be purchased and used on the same day.
